CHESAPEAKE, VA – Shirley M. Simmons, 61, of Chesapeake, VA, a native of Northampton County, died Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at Bon Scours Maryview Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA. Funeral services were held on Sunday, January 6, 2013 at the memorial chapel of  J. W. Faison Funeral Home, Seaboard, who handled the arrangements. Burial was in the Hills Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery, Jackson.
