WINDSOR – Hazel Dunlow Bowen, 86, a resident of Three Rivers Nursing Home, Windsor, and formerly of US 13 North, Windsor, died Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Vidant Home Health & Hospice, Greenville. Funeral services were held on Sunday October 28, 2012 at Edgewood Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial followed in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
