MURFREESBORO – Charlie Lawrence Jr., 91, of Murfreesboro died Saturday, October 13, 2012 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 18, 2012 at Parker’s Grove Baptist Church, Mapleton. Burial will be in the Gatling Cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
