LYNCHBURG, Va. – Lula Melendez, a native of Hertford County, died Monday, June 11, 2012 in Lynchburg, VA. Graveside services were held on Saturday, June 16, 2012 at First Baptist Church Winton. Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, handled the arrangements.
