SEABOARD – Raymond Cotton, 85, of Seaboard died Thursday, March 29, 2012 at Guardian Care of Scotland Neck. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, April 7, 2012 in the Roanoke Rapids Chapel of H.D. Pope Funeral Home, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in the Mt. Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, Jackson.
