HAMPTON, Va. – Diane W. Fennell, 66, of Hampton, VA died Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Sentara Careplex Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at Revelle Hill Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
