SUNBURY — Joseph Bruce Briggs, 92, of 1830 158 East, Sunbury, died Sunday, March 20, 2011 in his home. Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at Damascus Christian Church Cemetery.  Miller Funeral Home, Gatesville, is handling the arrangements.
