NORFOLK, Va. – Pearl V. Cooper, 91, of Norfolk, Va., a native of Hertford County, died Monday, October 11, 2010 at Leigh Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Cooper Family Cemetery.
