Roy Vernon Cobb Sr., 73, of 1649 Woodard Road, died Monday, August 2, 2010 at Bertie Memorial Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 5 at Lawrence Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
