WINDSOR – New Bertie High School Head Football Coach Greg Watford went for experience in his first major hire.

Thursday afternoon Watford introduced Mike Dail as the Falcons’ new Defensive Coordinator. Dail had been the Head Football Coach at Lawrence Academy during the past three seasons and had previously served as Head Football Coach at Northampton-West.

During his time at West, Dail was named All-Roanoke-Chowan Coach of the Year and 1-A State Coach of the Year.
