Roy R. Ruffin, 56, of Connaritsa Road, Kelford, died Friday, March 26, 2010 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
Born in Hertford County, he was an employee at Perdue, Inc. in Lewiston and a member of Luella Baptist Church in Kelford.
Survivors include two sons, Roy Lamonte Ruffin of Aulander and Timothy T. Ruffin of Waterbury, Conn.; his mother, Sarah Clark-Ruffin of Kelford; four brothers, John L. Ruffin of Waterbury, Conn., Jimmy E. Ruffin of Lewiston, James F. Ruffin of Waterbury, Conn. and Calvin R. Ruffin of Windsor; a sister, Elnora Thompson of Kelford and three grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, April 2 at St. Luke Pentecostal Healing Temple of Lewiston with Elder Lloyd Hendrix officiating. Burial will take place in Weeping Mary Baptist Church Cemetery in Lewiston.
