Xander Trace Evans, 3, of Willeyton Road, Gates, died Saturday, March 20, 2010 at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie.
Survivors include his parents, Steven Daniel and Christie Anne Conklin Evans; grandparents, Bill and Helen Elmendorf and Ellsworth and Ann Evans, all of NJ; great-grandmother, Victoria Listwan of NJ; great-grandmother, Loretta Fischer of Pennsylvania; three sisters, Kayleigh, Jenna and McKenna Evans, and two brothers, Scott and Tristan Evans, all the of the home.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 24 at Kittrell’s United Methodist Church by the Rev. Mike Askew.
Friends may join the family at the residence.
Memorial donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
