Mr. Sidney Ray Morris, age 70, of Aulander, NC died Saturday, February 20, 2010 at his home.
Mr. Morris was born May 4, 1939, the son of the late Perry Lee Morris and Fannie Mae Rawls Morris. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Lillie Scott Morris and a sister, Joyce Faye Conner.
Survivors include his step daughter, Joyce Mizelle Morris of Ahoskie and his step son, Ernest Lee Mizelle of Williamston; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Massey Funeral Home in Aulander with the Rev. Paul Ange officiating. Burial will follow at Aulander Cemetery.
