Sadie Webb Moore 84, of Cale Street, Windsor, died Friday, February 12, 2010 at her residence.
Born in Martin County, she was a homemaker and member of Republican Baptist Church. Moore was also a former Den Mother for the Cub Scouts.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 17 at Republican Baptist Church with the Rev. J. N. Worsley and the Rev. Harvey Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery.
Survivors include two sons, Joe Moore of Greenville and Billy Moore of Wilson; three sisters, Helen Keel of Williamston, Marie O’Mary of Williamston and Ruby Cherry of Bear Grass; a brother, Lewis Webb of Greensboro; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 16 at Walker Funeral Home.
