Hallie L. Faison, 87 of Ahoskie, died Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Guardian Care Nursing Home, Ahoskie.
A native of Bertie County, she was a member of Newsome Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include four sons, Hersey A. Faison of Baltimore, MD, Richard E. Faison, Robert E. Faison of Ahoskie and William Charlie Faison of New York; two daughters, Marjorie Faison of Ahoskie and Helen Francine Parker of Ct.; a sister, Ruth Staton of Ahoskie; 12 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 9 by the Rev. Richard Smallwood at Newsome Grove Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
