Matthew Hamilton Jacobs, 32, of Rich Square died Tuesday, December 8, 2009.
A funeral will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, Dec. 12 at the former Rich Square Creecy Elementary School, Rich Square, with Dr. Tony Flood officiating. Burial will follow in the Willow Oak AME Church Cemetery.
