Hannah Sessoms White, 98, of Colerain died Sunday, November 29, 2009 at Roanoke-Chowan Hospital in Ahoskie.
A native of Bertie County, she was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church and an Eastern Star.
Survivors include a daughter, Agnes Chamblee of Colerain; two sons, Richard White Jr. and Joseph White, both of Colerain; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 5 at Zion Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Nathaniel Thompson officiating. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
A viewing will be held at Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie.
