Gene Randolph Cale, 64, of Ahoskie died Friday, October 9, 2009 at Roanoke Chowan Hospital.
A native of Bertie County, he was a farmer and a member of Earlys Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, Kevin R. Cale of Ahoskie; a stepdaughter, Kim Bazemore of Winton; and a brother, Raymond Cale of Colerain.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 13 in the Ashley Memorial Chapel of Garrett-Jones Funeral Home, Ahoskie, with the Rev. Ronald McSwain and the Rev. Robert May officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memorial Gardens.
