Sylvia Ann Vann, 68, of Winton died Monday, October 5, 2009 at her residence.
She was a native of Washington, NC.
Survivors include a son, Reginal Bowser of Maryland; two sisters, Lillie Mae Sessoms of Portsmouth, VA and Hilma Flood of Winton; and three grandchildren.
A funeral will be held on at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10 at South Winton Baptist Church, Winton, with the Rev. Robert Horton officiating. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
