Jean Hoggard Stacy, 52, of Murfreesboro died Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at her home.
She was a LPN and received her nursing degree at Roanoke Chowan Community College.
Survivors include her husband, Curtis Harold Stacy Jr.; two daughters, Amber Stacy of Aulander and Melissa Stacy of Murfreesboro and Wilmington; her mother, Lucille Martin Hoggard of Woodland; her sister, Brenda H. Lassiter of Woodland and a brother, Buddy Hoggard of Roanoke Rapids.
A graveside service was held on Friday, Sept. 11 in Woodland Cemetery with Rev. Jimmy Jarrell officiating.
The family will receive friends at the home of her mother, Lucille Hoggard in Woodland.
Massey Funeral Home, Aulander, handled the arrangements.
