Jimetta Smith Casper, 93, of Harrells Siding Road, Kelford, died Thursday, August 13, 2009 at Guardian Care of Ahoskie.
She was a native of Bertie County.
Survivors include four sons, Tommie Casper of Kelford, James R. Casper and Melvin Casper, both of Roxobel, and Edward N. Casper of Rocky Mount; two daughters, Virginia Pelham of Kelford and Lillie Enoch of Mebane; and a sister, Ruby Gallion of Norfolk, Va.
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 17 at Sandy Branch Baptist Church, Roxobel, with the Rev. Lycurgus Harrell officiating. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
Wilder’s Funeral Home, Inc., Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
