Harvey D. Bonsack

NEW BERN- Harvey D. Bonsack, 78, died February 20, 2008 at his residence.

He was a member of the Millennium Pentecostal Holiness Church in Aulander. Harvey served his country in the U.S. Air Force and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Disabled American Veterans.

Survivors include three daughters, Teresa Manning of Rapid City, SD, Geri Westray of Newport News, VA and Sheryl Fulcher of New Bern; one son, Sonny Bonsack of San Luis Obispo, CA; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 28 at the Olive Branch Cemetery in Portsmouth, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #2514, 5 Butler Rd, New Bern, NC 28560.
