AHOKIE – Dylan Foster had three hits to pace Rotary to a 17-0 win over Mid-East here Monday night.

Matthew Judge also had two hits in the win that improved Rotary to 2-0 on the Junior Little League season.

Jordan Harrell, Clay Barmer, Akerman Grace and Woody Lowe had one hit each for Rotary.

&uot;Everyone has improved and had a good time,&uot; Rotary coach Michel Harrell said.

Jordan Harrell and Ryan Weaver combined to pick up the pitching win.

Kiwanis – 14, Murfreesboro – 7

The Kiwanis team took a 14-7 win over Murfreesboro in a Junior Little League contest here Monday night.

Bobby Merritt was 2-for-2 at the plate for Kiwanis as was Devin Moore. Hunter Benton checked in at 1-for-1 on the night.

Merritt and Thomas Riddick combined to strike out six.

Rachel Cooke was 1-for-1 with two runs scored for Murfreesboro while David Beard was 1-for-2 with two RBIs. Lee Duncan was 1-for-3 with one RBI.
