Franklin PD seeks help

FRANKLIN, Va. – Law enforcement officers are trained to help others. Now they need your help.

The Franklin (Va.) City Police Department is currently investigating a homicide that occurred on April 5, 2004. The victim Stephen Neal Nickens was killed as a result of a gunshot wound to the chest.

The Franklin City Police Department is aggressively investigating this case and following up on all leads. The department is closely working with state and federal agencies in a coordinated effort to solve this crime.
