I spoke to Mr. Cross. At the time of his arrest he was living at the residence in which he was accused of trespassing. This can be comfirmed just by looking at the arrest warrent. Cross said the Magistrate was aware that he had been living there for a while, and even though no one called the police on Mr. Cross. Cross said the magistrate took it upon himself, to have Cross arrested for trespassing after Cross went to the police station to press charges against his landlord. Mr. Cross says he was just trying to find out "WHY" the magistrate would arrest him for "NOTHING" There is a audio recording of the 1st conversation between the Magistrate and Mr. Cross. If you listen to that recording it will put everthing into prespective.

According to Mr. Cross he was provoke into asking why the Magistrate would have him arrested for trespassing at his own home. Cross said the magistrate had spoken to Pressley at lease 2 times before and the magistrate knew he lived there and paid rent. So, why was he arrested for trespassing, Cross said the magistrate had no right or reason to tell him not to return home. Cross said if the magistrate had just done his job and taken Cross's complaint none of this would have happen
