The website charitynavigator.org is an excellent way to find out how charities of every kind spend their money. They give the American Cancer Society a two out of four star overall rating, one star for efficiency. Only 68% of their revenue is used for programs. The rest goes to administrative and fundraising expenses. Their CEO gets over $600,000 per year. Many other cancer charities are rated much higher. Because hundreds of thousands of dollars have been sent to this one charity from this area over the years, it may be of interest to people to check out how all this money has been spent. This information is readily available on this charity-rating website.

Al Gore won the popular vote in 2000. George Bush went to the White House because of a 5-4 Supreme Court decision.
This has been a cold, snowy winter in parts of the USA. But I suppose you'd really have to see the stats for the world as a whole over a period of time before stating this winter's weather proves there is no global warming.
