Three shot at night club

ST. JOHN – Three people were shot in an incident here in the early hours of Sunday morning.
According to Hertford County Sheriff Juan Vaughan, one person has been charged and more are pending as a result of an incident at the Forest Inn night club.
“We received a call from Roanoke-Chowan Hospital in reference to three people being there suffering from gunshot wounds,” Sheriff Vaughan said.
The incident reportedly took place just before 2 a.m. Sunday morning.
Two of the victims were treated at RCH and released, the sheriff said, and a third was transferred to Pitt Memorial Hospital.
One of those who received a gunshot wound was charged in the incident. That man, Brandon Desean Smith, of Elm Street in Aulander, was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
Smith was arrested at 5 a.m. Sunday and placed in the Hertford County Detention Center under a $50,000 secured bond. He will have his first appearance in Hertford County District Court today (Tuesday).
Lt. Will Liverman is investigating the case for the Hertford County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Vaughan said he believes additional charges will be filed in the incident.

Man to see that kind of crime in St. John is mind blowing. But its only gonna get worst with the president not doing anything about gas prices and everthing else thats causing people to go nuts. Thats my two cents about it!

lol, obviously you do not get out much! Forest Inn night club has always been trouble! There is no telling how many fights and shootings have actually occured over the years at that place!
It reminds me of the VIP club, and now BJ'S as well. As long as they want to shoot each other and not take it out on the street's I have no problems with that!
I will say that I know Brandon Smith, and he has always been trouble over in aulander. I think Jimmy Barmer actually got him for selling drugs at one point. When you mix with bad company, bad things will happen!

It doesn't matter where you go, night clubs are always trouble. I've been all over the united states and have seen a lot of fights and trouble started at a club.
