BOWLING GREEN, KY – Patrick J. Powell, 34, of Bowling Green, KY, formerly of Scotland Neck, died Sunday, November 6, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 11 in the Scotland Neck Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in Crestview Cemetery, Roanoke Rapids.
