WINDSOR – Joseph Lewis Grandy, 60, of Woodard Road, Windsor, died Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, Norfolk, VA. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Pleasant Oak Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the Freeman Family Cemetery, Windsor.
