HAMPTON, VA – Rhetta O. Wieburg, 67, passed away on April 9, 2016.

A native of Ahoskie, NC, she was a loyal Carolina Panthers and Durham Bulls fan. A true North Carolinian, she felt at home on the Outer Banks. Rhetta loved animals, especially cats.

Survivors include her loving husband, Floyd Wieburg Jr.; step-son, Floyd Wieburg III; step-daughter, Sonya Wieburg; and her extended family in North Carolina.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the local chapter of the ASPCA or to the Northshore Animal League America, 25 Davis Ave, Port Washington, NY 11050.
