MURFREESBORO – Silas Phillips, 66, of Murfreesboro, a native of Northampton County, died Sunday, March 22, 2015 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2015 at Zoar Missionary Baptist Church, Pendleton. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
