WINDSOR – Franklin Tracy Byrum, Sr., 69 of Pocosin Road, Windsor, died Monday, October 20, 2014 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Askewville Assembly of God. Burial, with military honors, will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
