WINDSOR – James Otis Veale Sr., 84, of Governor’s Road, Windsor, died Saturday, October 18, 2014 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
