WINDSOR – St. Paul Langley Epps, 98, of Woodard Road, Windsor, died Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, September 22, 2014 at 1st Presbyterian Church, Edenton. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Gilliam Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
