SOUTHPORT – Debbie Harrell Racine, 59, of Southport, a native of the St. Johns community, died September 1, 2014 at her residence.

She is the daughter of Ellen Wynn Harrell of Hertford, and the late Garland C. Harrell.

Left to cherish memory are her husband Bob Racine of the home; her mother, Ellen Harrell and husband, Reuben, of Hertford; a brother, Garland Scott Harrell of Southport; and a sister, Jackie Swartz of Jacksonville, NC.

Memorial services will be held in Southport on September 27. Following the service, there will be a Warriors Ride held in Debbie’s honor.

Memorial gifts in her honor can be sent to the St. Johns Baptist Church Building Fund, Ahoskie.
