WINDSOR – Bertha Vashti Simmon Parker, 92, of Washington Street, Windsor, died Friday, June 27, 2014 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Refreshing Center Church of God In Christ. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
