CHARLOTTE – Peggy Ruth Gay Towe, 66, of Charlotte, a native of Northampton County, died Monday, December 30, 2013 at the Levine Dickson Hospice Center, Huntersville, NC. Funeral services were held on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at Zoar Missionary Baptist Church, Pendleton. Burial was in the church cemetery. Faison’s Funeral Home, Seaboard, handled the arrangements.
