WASHINGTON, DC – William Earl Vaughan, 65, of Washington, DC, a native of Hertford County, died Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at Washington Hospital Center. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at New Haven Baptist Church, Murfreesboro. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
