PORTSMOUTH, VA – Mae E. Blackley, 91, of Portsmouth, VA, a native of Gates, died Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Maryview Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at New Life Ministry, Ahoskie. Burial will be in the New Middle Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery, Corapeake. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
