GREENSBORO – Cynthia Pierce Brooks, 55, of Greensboro, a native of Hertford County, died Saturday, September 28, 2013 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Mt. Sinai Church of God, Murfreesboro. Burial will follow in the Dickens Family Cemetery. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Murfreesboro, is handling the arrangements.
