WINDSOR – Funeral services for Johnny Cooper of Windsor will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at First Baptist Church, Powellsville. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
