COLERAIN – Funeral services for Leroy Rankins of Colerain will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, September 1, 2013 at Zion Hill Baptist Church, Colerain. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
