HARRELLSVILLE – Inez C. Howard, 88, of Harrellsville died Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
