WINDSOR – Lillie Mae Sutton-Fells, 76, of Cooper Hill Road, Windsor, died Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will be in the Sutton Family Cemetery, Windsor.
