WINDSOR – Jessie Leigh Phelps Spruill, 91, a resident of Three Rivers Nursing Home, Windsor, died Monday April 15, 2013 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. A graveside funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday April 18, 2013 at Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
