EURE – Fred S. Ballard of Eure died Sunday, April 14, 2013 in Tarboro. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2013 in the chapel of Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be in the Philippi Baptist Church cemetery, Cofield.
