WINDSOR – Peggy Little Outlaw, 59, of Sterlingworth Street, Windsor, died Thursday, March 21, 2013 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2013 at Church of God for All People, Windsor. Burial will be in the Outlaw Family Cemetery, Windsor.
