WINDSOR – Carlise Cordelia Rice Scott, 80, of Windsor died Thursday, March 7, 2013 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at St. Matthews Baptist Church.Burial will follow in Rice Family Cemetery.
