WINDSOR – Carolyn Williams Hoggard, 67, of Bull Hill Road, Windsor, died Friday, March 8, 2013 at the Brian Center, Windsor. Funeral services were held on Sunday March 10, 2013 at Ross Baptist Church.  Burial followed in the church cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
