COLERAIN – Florence “Flo” Cuebas Lassiter 70, of Jessie Hoggard Road, Colerain, died Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 22, 2013 at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial, with military rites, will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.
